Located right on Beautiful Lake Eufaula in Southeastern Oklahoma

About Us

Piney Creek is a lakeside subdivision primarily owned by individual owners who have joined together to form a Property Owner's Association.  As with other associations there are annual dues which allow the Board of Trustees to maintain the community or common areas and facilities. Covering a large area by Lake Eufaula, Piney Creek encompases nearly 27 miles of gravel roads and is home to over 2,000 lots. This gives individual owners lots of privacy in addition to friendly neighbors.

Piney Creek boasts a convenient Jetty for the use of it's owners and their guests. With easy access and good parking, our residents (both year round and seasonal) enjoy the lake to its fullest. Our parking area is set up for boat trailers and other vehicles. Handicap parking is available.

After a day on the lake or spending time at your property, those from Piney Creek have access to five Bathhouses throughout the property. Each bathhouse has four showers and three toilet stalls along with vanities for both men and women. Situated conveniently around the property, there is easy access to all property owners and their guests.

Also located at each of the bathhouses is a playground area. We have just recently updated (2012) and added two new pieces of equipment to each one of the playgrounds. The playground located at Bathhouse #1/& Community Building has an additional third piece. We want the children to enjoy themselves as much as the adults. And while the kids are playing, parents, you could be fixing something to munch on by using the picnic table and grill. There's lots of open space if you want to bring your own chairs too.

For those who want a break from the actual lake but still enjoy the water, Pine Creek's swimming pool is open throughout the summer months and is a cool spot for family fun. Open during the day and evening hour most days, this is a great spot that's just a small part of the conveniences offered by Piney Creek to its Association.

In addition, located near the pool and Bathhouse #1, there is an enclosed community building available for use of the property owners both for association functions and for private use. For a nominal fee to cover the utilities and upkeep, property owners may rent the building for parties, reunions or other functions.
